One module (half a level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), e.g., A1.1) takes 6 weeks to complete. To get from A1 to B1 you need 6 modules.

Each week includes 10 hours of group online classes and 2-3 hours of self-study with the app. The schedule for the online classes is fixed (mornings or evenings), but you decide yourself when you complete the self-study parts.

The Babbel Intensive Online German Course will teach you German from A1 to B1 level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) and supports your integration in Germany with specific integration-relevant content and a community program. The curriculum is modelled on the BAMF integration courses and will prepare you for official B1 exams.
